About Us
Our magnificent four-bedroom grandeur villa is designed and conceptualized by Mr. Sandiip Kapur, founder of Promodome Communication Pvt. Ltd.
He has been an avid traveler exploring different cultures and has spent a lot of his time in Goa. He has always had a vision of blending his Indian traditional culture along with Portuguese architecture that has inspired him to curate this Estate.
Mr. Kapur has collected and reserved many antique elements from all over India during his travels, which he has incorporated artistically all over this home. The interiors of the villa include statement pieces like traditional wallpapers and hand painted artwork on the walls, which brings character to the home and redefines luxury.
